Forms & Classes

Classes consists of 30 minutes warm-up and stretching exercises, which is then followed by the respective weapon and fist forms.

Jow Ga Kung Fu Classes are as follows:

  • Monday: 19:00-20:00 (beginner lesson)
  • Tuesday: 18:15-19:15
  • Wednesday: 19:00-20:00 (beginner lesson)
  • Thursday:18:15-19:15 
  • Saturday : 10:30 - 11:30  (children lesson age 10 -12)
  • Saturday : 11:30 -12:30 (children lesson age 13-16)                                                                                                                

Yang style Tai Chi Classes are as follows:

  • Monday : 17:00 - 18:00
  • Tuesday : 9:00 - 10:00
  •                 17:00 - 18:00
  • Wednesday : 17:00 - 18:00
  • Thursday : 9:00 - 10:00
  •                  17:00 - 18:00
  • Saturday : 9:00 - 10:00
